Rules

• Before your arrival we inspect the villa carefuly, but there may always be something that our view misses, please let us know so we can take care of it.
• We offer advanced services. We offer towels and bed clothes, with the cleaning of the bathrooms and renewal of the towels every 4 days, change of bed sheets every 7 days. Inspection of pool at least once a week or when needed, and take care of the garden. Our employees will handle they tasks in the villa early in the morning to not disturb you, or when you are not in the villa.
• Visitors are not allowed to stay in the Villas during quiet hours (10pm to 9am)
• Parties are prohibited and smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• Please never leave children unattended. Parents are responsible for their children.
• The use of crystal glasses are forbidden in the exterior of the villa. In case a glass brakes, let us know so we can prevent any accident for the next guests.
  

Pool rules:

• Sunscreens are water soluble, the fats and silicons they contain exert great pressure on the enviroment. This will result in yellow borders on the waterline. Please take a shower before entering the pool if you have had applied sunscreen.
• It is forbidden to jump. Water is very precious on our island. Help us not to waste it. We know jumping can be a lot of fun, but please, don´t do it.
• It is forbidden to sit on the edge of the panoramic pool. Falling risk.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in part of the deposit being reduced.
