The villa was designed on 2 levels: The upper level with step-free access from the parking lot is connected to the lower (pool) level via a wheelchair-accessible walkway.
The upper level: In front of the kitchen a long table for at least 10 people with 10 chairs, BBQ, parasol. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with large panoramic glazing and unlimited views.

The lower level: Separate room (without air conditioning) with queen-size bed (150x200) and Magnum shower. In the main building: 3 bedrooms, all with their own air conditioning. 2 of them are family rooms with king-size beds (110x200) and bunk beds (90x200) for 2 children. The middle room is a little smaller and has a queen-size bed. All rooms on this level have direct access to the sun terraces with panoramic glazing.
Outdoor area with private, air-conditioned pool (24-26 degrees), pool bar with fridge and sink and places where you can enjoy the sun or shade on comfortable sun loungers. 3 parasols.
Kitchen equipment: kitchen knives, knife sharpener, cutlery and steak cutlery for 14 people, fine dishes, coffee pots, cereal bowls and plates for serving.
Salon: high-quality furniture, leather sofa, smart TV with Netflix and Prime and mobile sound bar, central air conditioning on the entire floor.
Dining room: pub table, chandelier, seating for 10 people. WIFI system with one transmitter per floor. Our Villas Royale are equipped so that you can feel comfortable in them. The bed linen is royal: classic Spanish bottom and top sheets complemented by a Nordic duvet (Pfulmen).
